My daughter is the reason I want to take your pictures. Once I had her, I realized how fast children grow up and how important it is to get pictures of them doing so. Photography allows us to freeze precious moments in time and visit them whenever we'd like later on.

There is true joy in my heart when I look at these pictures and I want to be able to do this for others as well. Whether it's your children, pets, parents, home or a surprise engagement, I'd like to be there to document it all.

Hello, I'm Susan Athens. Photography has been a passion of mine for over 30 years. I was a high school culinary teacher, art and science for 25 years, which in turn, helps me be a better photographer. I also worked for Bella Baby, the in-hospital photography group so I have lot's of newborn experience.I look forward to working with you soon.
